GODFALL- BLACK SPOILERS!

Below are the card images of all the black cards in the second set, Godfall, of the Fulcrum block. With each image, I will include a short blurb about the card. I encourage anyone who reads this to leave comments about individual cards

As for permissions to print or use the cards, you may print them if you intend to use them in a game test with me. Thank you and happy reading.

Set: Fulcrum - Godfall
Card Number: 59/185
Notes: And our black legendary enchantment needed to have a devastating effect and Black city has a devastating effect that pairs well with Legion for added annihilation.

Set: Fulcrum - Godfall
Card Number: 60/185
Notes: The Black Knight gets attention right off the bat as an extremely solid black planeswalker (perhaps too solid) that gets across what he is all about; destruction. The second ability is a mass pain, the first destroys one of those withered creatures, and his third ability allows for quick creature drop (perhaps too fast).

Set: Fulcrum - Godfall
Card Number: 61/185
Notes: The creature that represents the Legion best is probably Black Legionaire; he of course has Legion, he has undying, and he is pretty nifty all around. Like all artifact creatures, he is squishy, especially to green and red.

Set: Fulcrum - Godfall
Card Number: 62/185
Notes: And here is our first zombie who brings the pain as a potent 5-drop that gets meaner the more Legion friends he has swinging with him. The flavor here is just perfect.

 Set: Fulcrum - Godfall
Card Number: 63/185
Notes: And here is a quirky creature; islandwalk and swampwalk? What is it with me and islandwalk? Well, she is a mermaid with wither, so she is just a really annoying creature to block, if you can block her. Plus, the tribal of merfolk and zombie makes it more fancy.

Set: Fulcrum - Godfall
Card Number: 64/185
Notes: The bulkiest black creature in the set, another zombie and a wurm, his potential cheapness with the help of grave support and his undying makes him a perfect card to build a strategy around or into. I expect to see this card gets lots of love within the confines of the full set.

Set: Fulcrum - Godfall
Card Number: 65/185
Notes: Zombie Goliath, but a little fixed up? Fun stuff. I like the flavor with card art that gives you more of a picture of the sloppy zombie making of the set and the little imps pulling the bulky blob of muscle along. He may need some power adjustment.

Set: Fulcrum - Godfall
Card Number: 66/185
Notes: Derp. This card is a goofy, fat, dope and deceptively useful against black decks as a bulky body that has the warrior subtype.

Set: Fulcrum - Godfall
Card Number: 67/185
Notes: Gozer the Impatient is a badass that needs Phylactery to be a threat; I see artifact/lich decks becoming a potential decktype and Gozer is the big black monster with a nasty skeleton aiding ability to throw out at any point.

Set: Fulcrum - Godfall
Card Number: 68/185
Notes: Black has a new way to punish, but its pretty conditional. I like the flavor of the evil bugger about to whip the crap out of that night.

Set: Fulcrum - Godfall
Card Number: 69/185
Notes: I really like this card and its ability to set you up with card advantage, with a risk, and I think risk is what Black should often be about; ideally, you want to use Hat Trick when your positive that your opponent has no lands in their hand so that you can dump their hand. Once you've got your opponent top decking, you have card advantage. Swell.

Set: Fulcrum - Godfall
Card Number: 70/185
Notes: Ah, a single token anti-flyer card for black with skeleton tribal; sweet. I think this card has a place as a sideboard in any black skeleton tribal deck.

Set: Fulcrum - Godfall
Card Number: 71/185
Notes: Not quite as fancy as some of the skeletons in the last set but he makes up for it with having Legion; he is more aggressive than some of his predecessors.

Set: Fulcrum - Godfall
Card Number: 72/185
Notes: Plague as a theme really comes to a head with this set and the ability to outright destroy things with -1/-1 counters on it is pretty sweet.

Set: Fulcrum - Godfall
Card Number: 73/185
Notes: The nasty black knight that gets crap done? I'd certainly say so with this potentially devestating fellow that is a nice turn three drop.

Set: Fulcrum - Godfall
Card Number: 74/185
Notes: And here is Gozer's bulky support and midway card; a tricky fellow that plays well with others, especially Gozer and artifacts. In a mono black deck, this boy finds his place quite comfortably.

Set: Fulcrum - Godfall
Card Number: 75/185
Notes: MUWAHAHAHAHA! And here is our nasty, nasty Nullnaut that fits into any corrupt deck with his mass corrupt. Pay 4 mana into this dude and he can control 4 creatures with 7 or less converted mana cost and he is a 0/4. I liked the idea of him being so preoccupied with controlling the creatures, that he is not an offensive fellow, sunken under the weight of his own big fat cephalopod brain.

Set: Fulcrum - Godfall
Card Number: 76/185
Notes: This card got nerfed so fast when it basically had a repeat turn after turn murder ability for 1 black mana. As we work on balancing out the kinks of nullnauts and their corrupt mechanics, it will be interesting to see where they end up by the end of testing.

Set: Fulcrum - Godfall
Card Number: 77/185
Notes: I love this card. I love his cost, his abilities, his alternate cost, his art, and his flavor; it says everything I want to say about the idea of Nullnaut perversion.

Set: Fulcrum - Godfall
Card Number: 78/185
Notes: Here is our lich support and I am slowly but surely working this card and those cards into a more coherent strategem.

Set: Fulcrum - Godfall
Card Number: 79/185
Notes: As we get more into the plague's we see a lot of mechanics like the one's presented above and it is worth mentioning the idea of the "Plague" creatures. I wanted a new type of artifact creature that fit black and the plagues fit the idea of artificial embodiments of disease, fear, and pain that I could build through art. The question should be "Where do they come from?"

Set: Fulcrum - Godfall
Card Number: 80/185
Notes: Plague King is a glorious Mythic Rare that has everything you could possibly want. He is a potential game ender, a bit risky, but in two turns he becomes enough of a game ending threat that there is nothing your foes can do about it. And just look at that art; I want to give the theme of the plague mask mixed with artifical beings that look out of this world and I think that I pulled that off with these horrifying beasts.

Set: Fulcrum - Godfall
Card Number: 81/185
Notes: And here is a splendid mix of world themes with this idea with what resembles a pirate, but is far more horrifying. I am thinking of manipulating this guys a little bit to make him a little more interesting and a little less uniform.

Set: Fulcrum - Godfall
Card Number: 82/185
Notes: Mobile army token support is nice to have too.

Set: Fulcrum - Godfall
Card Number: 83/185
Notes: Our standard black artifact creatures come at a hefty price for a reason; their abilities are just nastier and Plague Weaver's ability to sling pain down on foes is quite nasty and likeable.

Set: Fulcrum - Godfall
Card Number: 84/185
Notes: Here is a way to turn all those -1/-1 counters against your foe's life total in a functional way with a quick blotting of damage.

Set: Fulcrum - Godfall
Card Number: 85/185
Notes: Once again, this an enchantment that I have mixed feelings about it because three of the plague cards have this ability....

Set: Fulcrum - Godfall
Card Number: 86/185
Notes: And here is a big bat to swing in your deck that gets the job done and can serve as a phylactery in a pinch. Throw this down and your creature becomes a bit more threatening with each of your enemy's creature funerals.

Set: Fulcrum - Godfall
Card Number: 87/185
Notes: The Uninvited really says it all and really does it well as a somewhat never ending bastard who requires your white players to want graveyard removal; white and blue are the best way to deal with anti-removal techniques, after all.

And thanks for reading folks; please comment.
